The Center for Global Education (CGE) provides a wide array of study abroad opportunities for both students and the general public and functions as the hub for international educational activities at George Mason University. Disability Resource Center, under the administration of University Life, the center implements and coordinates reasonable accommodations and disability-related services that afford equal access to university programs and activities. Learning Services provides a variety of experience based learning opportunities through which students explore a wide range of academic concerns. The Academic Skills Workshop, workshops offer information on overcoming procrastination, psychological-educational coaching, improving concentration, managing performance anxiety, thesis support, exam strategies, study strategies, scheduling and time management, and motivation and goal-setting. The Tutor Referral Program maintains a roster of undergraduate and graduate students available to provide fee-for-service tutoring assistance. Multicultural Services - Multicultural programs are designed to provide support for individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. These programs provide emotional support and outreach programs for students from diverse cultures and ethnic backgrounds. Writing Center offers both one-on-one tutoring services, and online tutoring, along with resources for writers. The University Writing Center is a free writing resource open to everyone involved in the George Mason community; this includes undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
